Meet Trevor
Growing up, Trevor Wilson was always the team captain of his sports teams, and he loved knowing that when things got tough, his teammates would look to him for guidance and could count on him in clutch situations. That mindset never left him.
Today, as a residential real estate agent serving Orange County, California, Trevor brings that same energy to every client relationship: showing up, staying steady under pressure, and making sure the people counting on him come out ahead. Trevor was born and raised in Orange County, with roots that run deep. He grew up in Pacific Hills, spent countless hours in Canyon Crest with lifelong friends, and as a kid was always out walking and biking around Mission Viejo, Aliso Viejo, and Laguna Niguel. That upbringing makes Trevor a true native of South Orange County, with a firsthand knowledge of the area that most agents simply don't have. He's not just selling houses in Orange County; he's helping people build their lives in a place he genuinely calls home. Before real estate, Trevor built a career in sales and hospitality, where he learned firsthand what it means to serve people well: to listen, anticipate needs, and follow through. Paired with the leadership instincts he built as team captain, that experience is what pulled him into real estate, a desire to lead and educate clients through a process that can otherwise feel intimidating or overwhelming.
For Trevor, the goal isn't just to close a deal; it's to make sure every client feels informed, supported, and confident at every step, the same way his teammates once counted on him. With 2 years of experience helping buyers and sellers across Orange County, Trevor has built a reputation around personalized, hands-on service. No two clients are the same, and no two transactions are treated the same way; every relationship gets his full attention and honest guidance. Outside of work, Trevor still plays in a local softball league and gets after it in weekly pickleball games with friends, chasing that same competitive spark. He's an avid traveler, always looking for the next trip to plan, and a self-proclaimed foodie who loves discovering (and cooking) a good meal. At home, he's a proud dog dad to Daisy, his 11-year-old Queensland cattle dog and loyal sidekick for it all.
Home Is More Than a Listing to Me
The Mindset Behind Everything I Do: Growing up, I was always the team captain on my sports teams, and I loved knowing that when things were going wrong, my team would look to me for guidance and could count on me in clutch situations. That's still who I am today, just in a different arena. When I'm working with a client, that's exactly the energy I bring: staying steady when things get stressful, and making sure the people counting on me come out ahead.
My Roots: I grew up right here in Orange County, in Pacific Hills to be exact, and spent so much of my time in Canyon Crest that it might as well be a second hometown. Most of my closest friends still live there. As a kid, I was always out walking and biking around Mission Viejo, Aliso Viejo, and Laguna Niguel, so South Orange County has always felt like home turf. So when I say I know this area, I don't mean I studied the market reports. I mean I've lived it.
Before Real Estate: Before I got into real estate, I spent years in sales and hospitality. It taught me something that's shaped everything I do now: people remember how you make them feel, not just what you sell them. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest, most emotional decisions people make, and I never forget that.
Why I Do This: That competitive, team captain mentality is exactly what drives me in real estate. I love the chance to lead people through a process that can feel scary and confusing, and come out the other side feeling educated, confident, and taken care of. I don't just want to get you to the closing table; I want you to actually understand what happened along the way, the same way I always wanted my team to trust the plan.
When I'm Not Working, you'll usually find me on a pickleball court with friends, playing in my softball league, planning my next trip, or trying out a new recipe (or a new restaurant if the cooking doesn't pan out). And wherever I am, my 11-year-old Queensland cattle dog Daisy is probably not far behind. She's basically my kid, and yes, she's been on more than a few road trips with him.
At the end of the day, I love this community, and I love helping people find their place in it, whether that's a starter home, a forever home, or the home they're ready to say goodbye to.
